The Afpa training center was created in southern Corsica in 1967. In 2021, the center decided to create the Yolanda digital center. This AFPA Ajaccio center hub is made up of four spaces, open to the general public, job seekers, coworkers, teleworkers, business creators, individuals, etc.
The goal of the digital center will then be to initially train. These training courses then include a discovery of digital professions, qualifying training courses such as WebDesigner, thematic workshops or even training in the use of digital machine tools in the manufacturing space.
The manufacturing space is a space open to all which allows the design and creation of objects. It will be equipped with various numerically controlled machines, namely 3D printers, cutting plotters, graphics tablets, etc.
This fablab offer a coworking space too. Placed in a peri-urban environment, nearby Ajaccio, this represents a real advantage for the territory.
